How long after purchasing the season ticket can it be activated?
The subscription can be activated within a maximum period of 1 month after purchase. If the registration is done online, then the activation date should be indicated in the appropriate field in the registration form.
Is it possible to exercise at the Sandro Euli/Vake branch or attend a group exercise with a City Mall subscription?

Why can't we enroll in group classes?

How can I unblock my status for missing group practice?
For missing group training 2 times in the last 7 days, the club member is banned for the next 1 week. This status cannot be removed by the administration. After the penalty week, the group training recording function is automatically restored.
How do I find out if I'm on the waitlist and if I've moved on to the main list?
When signing up for group training, the club member’s booking status is marked in red, and when signing up for the waiting list, the status is marked in black. When moving from the waiting list to the main list, a message is automatically sent to the application that the club member has moved to the main group training list.
